An unknown male was found by man walking along the railroad tracks under the Henry Hudson Parkway near Dyckman St. The decedent was found against a chain link fence at the bottom of a steep incline. When police canvassed the area, they found a shelter at the top of the incline a little ways off from where the decedent was found. This incline was very steep, and difficult to walk on.
