Craig Steven Chiarappa, a 23-year-old from Middlefield, Connecticut, was last seen on April 11, 1976. At the time of his disappearance, Craig was a patient at the VA Hospital in Newington, Connecticut. He left the facility and was reported missing shortly afterward. Craig stood between 5'8" and 5'9", weighed approximately 160 to 175 pounds, and had black hair. Notably, he had scars on both of his knees.
