Earl Sebastian, a 72-year-old resident of Norwalk, Connecticut, has been missing since September 9, 2024. He was last seen at his home in the Grandview neighborhood on the evening of September 9 and was reported missing two days later. On the morning of September 10, he was spotted at the South Norwalk train station around 8:30 a.m., according to surveillance footage released by the police.
