Fred Arvin Lee, a 26-year-old man from Groton, Connecticut, disappeared on June 9, 1986. Lee had served in the U.S. Navy from May 1981 until his separation in April 1986, and his last known duty station was at the submarine base in New London, Connecticut. After his separation from the Navy, Fred continued to reside in Groton, but on the day of his disappearance, he was last seen by friends. No further communication or sightings were made.
