the employee's of Jack's Step In Lounge were cleaning and threw some trash. At approx 1545 they threw more trash and found the decedent in the dumpster in back of the lounge. The PD were not notified until approx 1730. They found the decedent wrapped in a bedspread and tied with a nylon rope.
