On November 8, 2024, a male body was discovered in San Diego, California, bringing forth the case of Chester F. Swartz. The decedent, a tentatively identified 66-year-old White male, appeared to have been living without a home at the time of his death. His last known residence was along a section of the San Diego County riverbed, a location known to be frequented by the local homeless community.
