On July 6, 2020, a concerning report from a resident of an apartment complex in San Diego, California, led to the discovery of the deceased body of Brian Brown. The resident had reported a pervasive foul odor originating from Brown's apartment, prompting the property manager to contact the San Diego Police Department for a welfare check at 1646 hours.
