Richard Lee Stanton was discovered unresponsive in the Little Italy neighborhood of San Diego, California, on February 3, 2019. Known to have led a transient lifestyle, Stanton was an enigmatic figure whose background remains largely unknown. After being found in distress, he was promptly transported to Scripps Mercy Hospital, where he was admitted in an attempt to save his life.
