Herbert Breneman, an 82-year-old single, White male, was discovered deceased on April 29, 2020, in his residence in San Diego, California. Known to reside alone, Breneman's last known contact with the outside world was on April 25, 2020, when he was seen by a friend. Concerned over the absence of communication, the friend decided to visit Breneman’s home. Upon arrival, the friend found Breneman unresponsive in bed, which prompted an immediate 911 call.
