Francisco Quintero-Lugo, an 80-year-old Hispanic male, was discovered unresponsive in his San Diego home on September 21, 2022. Known for living a solitary life, Quintero-Lugo resided alone, with occasional visits from his caregiver. It was during one of these routine visits that the caregiver found Quintero-Lugo lifeless in his bed.
