Juan-Ramon Medrano-Baeza, a 68-year-old Hispanic male, was found deceased under circumstances that have since remained unresolved. Having seemingly led a transient lifestyle near the US-Mexico border, Juan-Ramon was accustomed to navigating the streets of the area. On the evening of July 5, 2019, a tragic incident occurred on the 300 block of E. San Ysidro Blvd in San Diego, California.
