On March 5, 1985, an unidentified male body, believed to be that of Benny Lupe Gomez, was found in San Diego, California. The circumstances leading to his discovery began when the decedent lost his balance and fell to the ground. Following the accident, he was promptly taken to a nearby hospital for medical attention. Unfortunately, despite the efforts of medical professionals, Benny Lupe Gomez did not survive his injuries and was pronounced dead.
