On May 16, 2022, a passerby in the Mission Bay Area of San Diego, California, stumbled upon a tragic scene. Lying motionless next to an electrical box was the body of a 66-year-old Caucasian male, later identified as Randall Izzard, though details of his identity remain largely unclaimed. Despite immediate medical intervention efforts after a 9-1-1 call, the responding paramedics were unable to revive him and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
