On May 14, 2022, Kylon McAfee, a 20-year-old resident of Springfield, Missouri, tragically lost his life in a double homicide incident. The Springfield Police Department responded to a shooting at approximately 1:48 a.m. in the parking lot located at 313 N. Boonville Ave. Upon arrival, officers discovered two males with gunshot wounds.
