Joshua L. Woods, a 25-year-old resident of Springfield, Missouri, tragically lost his life on June 17, 2020. The incident occurred at the Golden Pond Apartments on Hillcrest Avenue. According to reports, Woods was shot to death in what authorities later determined to be an act of self-defense by the shooter.
