Christina Winters, a 36-year-old woman from Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost her life on May 19, 2022. Christina was fatally shot by her husband, Elliott Nevels, while she was driving her car near the Kansas City Police Department's Central Patrol Division. The incident occurred with a 4-year-old child, Nevels' niece, in the backseat, who fortunately was not injured.
