Michelle P. Capell, aged 36, tragically lost her life on November 16, 2020, in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident occurred late at night on Independence Avenue, where she was found deceased on a sidewalk. The Kansas City Police Department responded to the scene around 11:15 p.m. and discovered that Capell had been fatally shot in a drive-by shooting. A male companion who was with her at the time also sustained gunshot wounds but survived.
