In the early morning hours of August 3, 2013, the life of 41-year-old Malcolm Graham of Indianapolis was tragically cut short. The male victim was found suffering from a gunshot wound outside the Fountain Lounge, located at 816 W. 30th St. on the city's Northside. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were dispatched to the scene near the intersection of 30th and Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard shortly before 3 a.m. following reports of shots fired.
