Malcolm Graham, a 41-year-old man from Indianapolis, was shot and killed on August 3, 2013. The incident occurred outside the Fountain Lounge, a bar located at 816 W. 30th Street on the near northwest side of Indianapolis. Police were dispatched to the scene around 3:00 a.m. after receiving a report of a shooting. When officers arrived, they found Graham suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the arrival of emergency medical services, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
