Dailon Downing, a 28-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on October 5, 2021. The incident occurred on the east side of Indianapolis, where police responded to a report of a shooting at a motel located near the intersection of Shadeland Avenue and East 30th Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered two men with gunshot wounds.
