Roger "Shane" Bruce, a 51-year-old man from Felicity, Ohio, was last seen on January 21, 2022, when he left his home on Skiffsville Road. At 9:47 p.m. that night, a man named Zachary Scott called 911, reporting that Bruce had overdosed in a car on Laurel Point Isabel Road in Washington Township. Scott claimed to have administered Narcan to revive him but said Bruce regained consciousness and drove away. Authorities were unable to locate Bruce or his vehicle following this call.
