Roger "Shane" Bruce, a 51-year-old man from Felicity, Ohio, was last seen on January 21, 2022, when he left his home on Skiffsville Road. At 9:47 p.m. that night, a man named Zachary Scott called 911, reporting that Bruce had overdosed in a car on Laurel Point Isabel Road in Washington Township.
