Justin Michael Spencer, aged 33, tragically passed away on July 25, 2022, in Saint Louis, Missouri. The circumstances surrounding his death were deeply distressing, as he was the victim of a fatal shooting in the Soulard neighborhood. The incident occurred just before midnight on July 25, 2022, in the 1300 block of Shenandoah Avenue, where Spencer resided.
