In the spring of 2015, a young man's life was tragically cut short in Saint-Louis, Missouri. Jaron Singleton, a 23-year-old male, was waiting for a bus at the corner of North Newstead and Lee avenues on the evening of Friday, April 17th. Although not on duty, he was dressed in his security guard uniform, a testament to his profession. In a sudden act of violence, Singleton was shot.
