Larry Noel, a 40-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on February 27, 2018. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a shopping plaza located at 4308 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive. At the time of the shooting, Noel was inside his car with four young children, aged 1, 2, 9, and 10. The 9-year-old child sustained injuries from broken glass, while the other children were unharmed.
