Loretta, affectionately known as "Mrs. Fish Lady," was born on February 11, 1955, in Shreveport, Louisiana. She was a beloved member of her community, known for her warm personality and her love for fishing, cooking, singing, and dancing. Loretta was married to George Neal for 50 years and was a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, leaving behind a large and loving family.
