Toni Michelle Stroder, aged 49, was tragically killed on the night of September 23, 2022, in Saint Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred on Lilac Drive in the Village of Riverview. According to reports, Riverview Police received a call at approximately 10:16 p.m. regarding a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found two adults, a male and a female, suffering from gunshot wounds.
