Joyce Boxx, a 56-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, was tragically found dead on April 23, 2014. The discovery was made by the St. Louis Metropolitan Police after they received a call from a concerned relative requesting a welfare check. Upon arrival at her home in the 4600 block of Pope Avenue, officers found Boxx's lifeless body with multiple gunshot wounds to the head and torso.
