In the autumn of 2022, a young man's life was abruptly ended on a Thursday night in Kansas City, Missouri. William Bishop, a 25-year-old Caucasian male, was fatally shot on September 29th in front of a home in the 4600 block of East 46th Street. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. in the city's Vineyard neighborhood, a time when the sounds of gunfire prompted concerned neighbors to alert the authorities.
