In the early hours of a Friday morning, the life of 26-year-old Tabitha Marie Peppers was tragically cut short in the Dutchtown neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. On October 14, 2022, police responded to a report of a shooting and discovered Peppers in an alley behind the 3600 block of Montana Street. She had sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.
