Herschell Perkins, a 60-year-old resident of Florissant, Missouri, tragically lost his life on December 13, 2022. Perkins was delivering a pizza in the 4600 block of Whisper Lake Drive when he was shot multiple times. He managed to call 911, stating that he had been shot and would not survive. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
