Christopher Michael "Chris" Sherbert, aged 26, tragically lost his life on November 6, 2003, in Boiling Springs, South Carolina. Chris was a talented mechanic working at Superbike Motorsports, a motorcycle shop near Chesnee. On that fateful day, he was one of four victims in what became known as the "Superbike Murders." The other victims included the shop owner Scott Ponder, service manager Brian Lucas, and Ponder's mother, Beverly Guy.
