On May 21, 2014, a violent tragedy unfolded in the parking lot of a strip mall located at 13101 New Halls Ferry Road in Florissant, Missouri. Leon Davis, a 27-year-old male, was seated in a vehicle alongside 17-year-old Darrah Lane.
