In the summer of 2014, the life of William Clarence Watson, a 42-year-old man from Indianapolis, was tragically cut short. On the evening of June 9th, Watson was found in an alley on the city's north side, having been shot. Another man was discovered alongside him, critically wounded but alive. The incident took place in a neighborhood described by some as tight-knit, a place where such violence was unsettling and seemed out of place.
