David Wayne Phillips Jr., a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on October 10, 2016, in Wichita Falls, Texas. David was known for his love of family, sports, and music. He was a caring individual who would give the shirt off his back to help others. His untimely death left a void in the lives of his children, parents, siblings, and extended family.
