James Loynes, a 45-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was tragically found dead on September 18, 2022. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to a call around 10 p.m. and discovered Loynes with gunshot wounds inside a home located in the 1000 block of North Centennial Street, near the intersection of 10th Street and North Tibbs Avenue. Despite immediate efforts, Loynes was pronounced dead at the scene.
