On the evening of September 18, 2022, the life of 45-year-old James Loynes was tragically cut short in Indianapolis, Indiana. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to a call around 10 p.m. that led them to a residence in the 1000 block of North Centennial Street, situated near the intersection of 10th Street and North Tibbs Avenue. Inside the home, they discovered Mr. Loynes, a male resident of the city, suffering from what appeared to be gunshot wounds.
