In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Indianapolis, the life of 26-year-old Darien Montez Pope was tragically cut short. On February 25, 2024, shortly before 2 a.m., police responded to a report of a person shot at an apartment complex located in the 3800 block of Gable Lane Drive.
