In the winter of 2013 in Gary, Indiana, a young man's life was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence. Terrell Frazier, a 21-year-old male, was fatally shot on January 15, 2013. The incident that led to his death began innocuously enough on the evening of January 14, when he and his friend, 18-year-old Deshalone Williams, were at a gas station and agreed to give a ride to an unknown man.
