On a summer evening in South Bend, Indiana, the life of 20-year-old JáRina Rose Bailey, a female, was tragically cut short. On July 21, 2013, while at a car wash on Lincolnway West, JáRina was caught in the crossfire of a gang-related shooting. She was struck by a bullet and succumbed to her injuries a day later at Memorial Hospital. Two other individuals were also wounded in the incident.
