JáRina Rose Bailey, a 20-year-old resident of South Bend, Indiana, tragically lost her life on July 21, 2013. She was born on June 1, 1993, and was a beloved member of her community, known for her vibrant personality and love for her family and friends. On the night of her death, JáRina was at a car wash located at 1804 Lincolnway West in South Bend when she was shot along with two other individuals. She succumbed to her injuries 24 hours later at Memorial Hospital in South Bend.
