In the winter of 2023, the life of 46-year-old Rachel Ann Havrick was tragically cut short in her own South Bend, Indiana, home. On the night of January 2nd, police were dispatched to her residence on Ashland Avenue shortly before 11:30 p.m. following reports of a shooting.
