Kenyatta Kasha McCurry, a 33-year-old woman from South Bend, Indiana, tragically lost her life on March 12, 2017. McCurry, who was pregnant at the time, was found dead in her home from a single gunshot wound. The incident was discovered when her 8-year-old daughter, carrying her 1-year-old sister, was found walking outside in freezing weather, seeking help. The child led police to their home, where McCurry's body was discovered.
