Garry W. Borer, aged 52, was found deceased in Indianapolis on November 15, 2014, in a tragic case that remained unsolved for years. Borer, who used a wheelchair, had been missing for several days before his ex-girlfriend and their 17-year-old son reported concerns to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
