Romello Carney, a 19-year-old from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on April 4, 2014. He was one of two victims in a fatal shooting that occurred late that night on the northeast side of Indianapolis. The incident took place around 11:20 p.m. in the 9200 block of Beechtree Court, near 38th Street and Post Road.
