In the spring of 2024, on March 28th, tragedy struck the city of Indianapolis when 36-year-old David Scott Howes, a male, was killed. The incident, a result of gun violence, unfolded at an apartment complex on the south side of the city, in close proximity to the interchange of I-465 and I-65.
