Cash Irby Jr., a four-year-old boy from Merrillville, Indiana, tragically died on May 17, 2014, after accidentally shooting himself with a gun he found in his parents' bedroom. According to reports, Cash discovered the handgun, which was kept on a high shelf in a closet, and managed to climb up to retrieve it.
