Javontae Bridges, a 15-year-old from Gary, Indiana, tragically lost his life on November 12, 2014. Born on November 30, 1998, Javontae was remembered as a loving son, father, brother, and friend. His untimely death left a profound impact on his family and community. Javontae was found fatally shot near the intersection of 40th Avenue and Pierce Street in Gary.
