Christopher D. Genrich, aged 39, from Losantville, Indiana, died on November 26, 2014, following an intense standoff with police. The incident began when law enforcement officers attempted to serve a warrant related to methamphetamine charges. Genrich fled into a detached garage, where he remained for over two and a half hours. During this time, police attempted to negotiate with him, but the situation escalated.
