Tevon Slater, a 24-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was tragically found dead on January 8, 2015. His body was discovered inside an apartment complex located on the 3200 block of Guilford Avenue. Slater had been shot multiple times, and the circumstances surrounding his death were initially unclear.
