In the winter of 2015, the life of 24-year-old Tevon Slater was tragically cut short in Indianapolis, Indiana. On January 8th, his body was discovered inside an apartment complex situated on the 3200 block of Guilford Avenue. He had been shot multiple times, and the initial circumstances surrounding his violent death were unclear, prompting an immediate and thorough investigation by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
