In the spring of 1983, a young man's life was tragically cut short, leaving a lasting mark on the community of Indianapolis. Daniel Scott McNeive, a 21-year-old white male, was last known to be living at 343 S. Lyons Avenue in Indianapolis and was employed at Cardinal Construction. His life, however, would become intertwined with the horrific crimes of a notorious serial killer.
