Chad Jackson, aged 41, tragically passed away on March 1, 2014, in Indianapolis, Indiana. His death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred on the city's Far-Eastside. According to reports, Chad Jackson was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the 11300 block of Whistler Drive around 1:04 p.m. on the day of his death.
