On a Saturday afternoon in Indianapolis, on March 1, 2014, a dispute escalated to a fatal conclusion, ending the life of 41-year-old Chad Jackson. The male victim was on the far east side of the city, in the 11000 block of Whistler Drive, near 21st and Cumberland Road, when an argument broke out with another individual.
