On a cold January evening in Indianapolis, the life of 30-year-old Mustafa Ibrahim was tragically cut short. On January 31, 2022, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were dispatched to the 4300 block of Shady Lane on the city's northeast side around 7:30 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered a male victim outside, suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
