Dalen Anthony Ousley, a 29-year-old resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana, tragically died on March 19, 2015, in Pierceton, Indiana. The incident occurred following a police pursuit that began when Pierceton Deputy Marshall Matt Owens attempted to pull over a vehicle for a traffic stop. The driver, later identified as Ousley, did not comply and led the police on a chase that ended when the vehicle crashed into a fence.
