Dalen Anthony Ousley, a 29-year-old male, passed away on the morning of Thursday, March 19, 2015, in Pierceton, Indiana. Ousley, a resident of Fort Wayne and a self-employed tattoo artist, was born on December 21, 1985, in Norfolk, Virginia.

The events that led to his death began around 4:30 a.m. when a Pierceton deputy marshal attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle on State Road 13 because its license plate light was out. The vehicle did not stop and instead fled, leading to a police chas ...
